Staff is great, the place is nice and tidy, no long waitings, easy parking.

We needed to see an exotic vet regarding our Red lored Amazon who had a nasal stone . Dr Lance Jepson was great with Denver and removed the stone quickly and Denver came back in the room to us her happy usual self . When I asked for some diet advice he took the time to help with all my questions and recommended some new foods /vitamins to try . Great vets :)

I started taking my dogs to this vet about 2 years ago. The friendly advice always relieves my worries about my little dogs. Expert care when my cavalier had to suddenly be put to sleep, with Jo and staff staying well after closing time. Thank you everyone for the excellent service.

I took my rabbit to Seren Vets after being referred there, normally when I go to other vets they aren’t very experienced with rabbits. We saw Kevin and I can’t recommend him enough for owners with exotic pets. He was very informative, carefully explained what was going on with my rabbit and made sure we understood what he was saying. We found out the reason why my rabbit is continuously getting ill is because he doesn’t eat enough hay, Kevin took his time to give us methods on how to increase his hay intake. Whilst Kevin was examining my rabbit he was very caring and soft spoken to my rabbit. The waiting area was clean and modern, with a very calming atmosphere. The reception staff were very welcoming and pleasant to everyone and their pets. I also really liked that there were different waiting areas for dogs, cats and exotic animals. This was a very positive experience and I will continue to visit Seren Vets in the future😊

This is our second visit to this practice and without a shadow of doubt we can say that Kevin and the team are so caring and listen to everything you have to say. Yes, there are many good vets around, but Kevin we have to say is someone special and the kindest and genuine interest in all our concerns are given the utmost attention. It was a real pleasure to see you and your team this morning and our guinea pigs are so grateful that they gave some of their treats to you and reception today (Zeus&Apache).. Took our Boris-Sergei to them as he had a flea allergy, 2 injections and a week later, OMG what a difference. Sadly we had to take him back, about 3 months later because of his ears, they are slowly healing, he was handled well, and treated like he was a Prince. 👌 Took our youngest in to be neutered, Spider is a very vocal cat and as soon as he was through the doors he was howling, the vet came out to see who was making the noise! Again, he was treated like a Prince op went smoothly, apart from big eyes he was in no pain at all. Didn't need the cone of shame or pain meds, he was playing at home that same day. He did need to go back as it looked like he had got a cold, upper respiratory infection. 2 injections later and home. They are better priced than other vets in the area.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Seren Veterinary Clinic, where we want on our way to Cornwall. The entire staff is incredibly kind, gentle, and welcoming from the moment you step in, you can feel the genuine care they have for both animals and their humans. The clinic itself is spotless and beautifully maintained, with all this blue colour around, so peaceful, creating a calm and reassuring environment. My special thank you to Dr. Ana Santos, as beautiful as competent and professional. Her warmth, sensitivity, and intuitive approach made all the difference. For the very first time, we saw our dog stay calm and not bark at a stranger. Dr. Santos knew exactly how to connect with him, and it was truly moving to witness. Highly recommended to anyone looking for not just excellent veterinary care, but also a place where empathy and gentleness are at the heart of what they do.

Kevin is an excellent exotic vet. I found him to be very thorough and informative with our guinea pigs. Lovely modern vets practise. We have also been able to see Tom from Origin Vets since they started holding clinic days here too. Well worth the drive up to Carmarthen for top quality care.
