I would like to say how my visits went @caerphillyvets When I first visited about 5 years ago, I was told my dog had fleas! So left there with a 180£ bill & told to buy flea stuff for home! So I did, spent 300£ on deflea home, even bought pet hoover, yet my dog continuously kept scratching after all the flea doing Took my ted back to vet, and low & behold, before even looking at my ted, she ..vet said he got allergies. The last time I took him, well it was horrendous, a young lady who we've never seen before starting to examine Ted she stayed silent didn't even explain Awful experience tbh. I told them that I'm on benefits and money was scarce, they didn't tell me about getting medication for Ted online, which is a lot cheaper In all , I found my experience with this vet abysmal! Money oriented not care for pet I've know found a caring veterinary clinic, with , compassion & Empathy

Very good veterinary practice so far Ray loves the vet and staff are friendly. I like that its a small practice based in caerphilly town near me.

💯👍🐾 Brilliant service received. Very happy with all aspects. Very relaxed atmosphere, towels provided free of charge to dry soggy doggy was a huge bonus as it was raining on my 1st visit & my dog hates being wet. Very reasonable price also. 💯👍🐾Thankyou for amazing service with friendly cheerful staff, clean and professional environment with easy access to parking in carpark opposite....highly recommend to others. 💯👍🐾

A very clean and welcoming environment. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen with my dog and when we were the vet had a wonderful manner with my dog Alfie. She was very thorough, clear and efficient throughout our appointment. I’m very happy I switched to this vets!

Our cats had their annual boosters and we went to the new Caerphilly Vet Practice in Castle View. What an amazing facility. It is modern, clean and well designed. It started with a warm welcome on reception from Sue and Tracy and then there was a special cat waiting area to help them feel safe. Lucy the vet treated our cats like they were her own and we felt they were in safe hands. We would recommend Caerphilly Vets.

I swapped to Caerphilly vets as I had some concerns about his treatment in older age. The gulf in quality of care was stark. They really stuck with Charlie to the end, and Charlie loved to visit too. Honestly just the best care I could have asked for. We lost our boy just yesterday but I really wanted to take an opportunity to share what an awesome experience I had. Top service, excellent care, thank you so much for everything.

The staff are always professional and friendly making you and your pet feel at ease. My dog went for her yearly vaccinations and checkup feeling very relaxed jumped straight onto the weighing machine because she knows she will always have a treat. I was given the chance to air any concerns I had about her. The vet was lovely to my dog throughout the consultation.
