I took my whippets for a nail trim yesterday, my rescue girl was fine but my boy puppy was very nervous. Our lovely nurse suggested that we try medication and after a dose last night and one this morning, he's had his nails successfully trimmed earlier this morning. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us and I'm very grateful. Great clinic, lovely and clean and extremely helpful staff.

Thank you so much to the whole team at Newtown Vet Clinic for seeing Gizmo within an hour of us calling on Thursday and within 15 minutes when he deteriorated on Sunday afternoon - your care and compassion along with your skill made distressing situations for both Gizmo and us bearable - your fees are very competitive and you have gained a lifelong patient ...... 🐕💕

Here on holiday and called this morning for an emergency appointment, Alfie my Bichon was seen and given treatment within a couple of hours of me first making contact. The care he received was outstanding and words cannot describe how grateful I am that my boy is now on the road to recovery. Would highly recommend this practice, calm and welcoming reception, prompt, effective and reasonably priced treatment by a vet that genuinely cares.

Excellent service, compassionate and kind staff. Not overtly expensive and I have pet insurance 🙃 I felt listened to and my dogs were happy at the visit ☺️ I wanted to add that my dog has since had to be euthanased due to poor health and the team were absolutely amazing with Noelle and us. Moved our fur babies here knowing that our oldest was suffering and might not be with us long! Sadly although they did everything they could with such kindness and gentleness our girl didn’t make it! Not only was she looked after so well we were too! We have a younger fur baby and we look forward to brining her here knowing how much they care about both animal and owner. We know we can totally trust this practice!!

Was seen here by the emergency vet at night time. She was delightful, so calming and caring and put our minds at ease for our little dog. Would recommend!
