Today I unfortunately had to take such a sweet baby deer to these guys that had been hit by a vehicle on the A483. Although the outcome was not what we had hoped. I just wanted to say thank you the whole team from arrival to finish how amazing they were and proves it’s not all about the money. If I didn’t live in Yorkshire I would certainly bring our animals to you!!! Thank you!! Jonathan

They send threatening emails about invoices with services you didn't receive, they judge the owners choices when it comes to their dogs mental and physical health, they are pushy on selling expensive veterinary medicine when it isn't needed, and they don't care for the pets that they see, they just see a paycheck. Communication is lacking outside of harassment via email, and judgemental men on calls that hang up on you when you won't bend over and take the expensive veterinary medication over the current medication your dog is on and was reccomended by previous vets. Much nicer vet options, steer clear of here

We were there to get the paperwork for our puppy to bring him back to Germany. They are super nice and helpful! Love it!
