Unfortunately like so many others have said on here this practice is all about the money, has I not asked for a bill breakdown I would have been charged for things that never happened. Moved practice to Evan’s who are fair ans all about the animals care.

Unfortunately we had no option but to leave this practice, after booking my dog in for a scale and polish, only to be told that he needed most of his teeth out and it would cost £915. Second opinion at an alternate very reputable vets confirmed that he had just 2 wobbly teeth and no other teeth needed removing. Scale and polish done with 2 teeth removed costing just £300. It is one thing trying to make money, but it is quite another when you would have returned my dog with barely any teeth un-necessarily. Very upsetting experience and I feel saddened that on this occasion money was the focus and not my dogs welfare.

We have always had good service from the excellent vets and staff at Grange Vets. They looked after our two Labradoodles for over 15 years and they loved going there. Professional and caring vets and staff.

Ontop of these guys being so great and patient with our Romanian rescue dog, they checked over an injured buzzard for me, after I was told to take it to a vets to be PTS. They kept me updated and told me that it’s gone to a rescue as its injuries were somehow not too bad. So thankful to the Sunday staff 🙏🏼

Can not fault this place at all. Went here from ruthin as was on holiday in the area.. my dog randomly bit a chunk from her tail and this was after i rang another company and they believed it wasn't an emergency.. Staff here told me to register and then book appointments, so this is what I did. (Always register 1st guys to save) £50 consulation fee when registered. The woman who was taking care of my dog, was very nice and friendly lady. She shaved my dogs tail to access the wound. cleaned it up and gave her course of antibiotics, flea tabs and some cleaning solution. Came to £125 (including 50 fee) which is very reasonable with what was done here. Can't fault this place at all. Easy to find. Plenty of parking and friendly staff Staff very friendly too behind the counter. Chatting away and giving your dogs treats ect. Would highly recommend if your close by.

Would recommend this vets to anyone. I have been in several times with my dog and the service is impeccable from the reception team right through to the vets. My dog isn’t the easiest of patients and they deal with him so well and accept that he’s a character. Would not go anywhere else with animals now!
