Staff are very helpful. No issues with the service. Always been clean and tidy when there. The receptionist is very nice. Vets I saw were all good too. If accessing on foot no major issues and easy access. unfortunately it is not wheel chair friendly though. Building has a step to enter and internal doors are narrow in places. They might have a ramp to aid getting over the step, best to ask ahead. If accessing by Car. Car Park is at the tear of the building. It can be very tight depending on the number of other cars in it. To leave the car park you are straight onto a main road so be slow and careful as visibility is restricted until you far enough forward.

Staff are lovely, wouldn't think about taking Fluffball anywhere else. First class service, thank you.

Excellent care given to our fluffball and was happy to explain everything to myself and mother. I was pleased to hear they do an overall health check and she made us aware of issues we didn't know about with our cat.

Helpful, cheerful staff. Well organised with appointments for social distancing via texting when arrived so they can come and meet you in carpark.

As the Grange vets group look after all our pets fantastically and also go the extra mile with their care of both our fur babies and us I can only give them five stars.
