I want to say how great full I am to Jonathan and his team today for supporting me and my fear aggressive dog Harvey through his dental opp today. Everyone was absolutely amazing /understanding of both mine and my dogs anxieties, and Jonathan was second to none in implementing a plan for ensuring Harvey’s stress levels were at a minimum throughout the whole procedure . I can’t thank Jonathan and his team enough for how they helped both myself and Harvey through today ❤️

Excellent, caring and considerate...for the humans as well as their pets! After 15 wonderful years we have lost our Tali - a constant companion wherever we went. The grief has been made so much more bearable through the gentle care given to her in her final weeks and the genuine warmth shown to ourselves throughout. Five stars do not fully do justice.

This is a big thank you to all the staff at Gibson and Jones, both in Llanelli and Gowerton, where they have been excellent in looking after Zoe for 13+ years. Everyone we met have been so kind and caring. Thank you for being there whenever we needed you.

Thank you staff of Gibson & Jones. We had to put our pet to sleep because he was very sick. We called the Vet around 11am on a Saturday, the closing time is at 12 but they kept the vet open until 1pm just to let us give the last goodbye to our little friend Charlie. Today is Tuesday and we received a card from all the staff of G&J to commemorate our little Charlie. Thank you guys, we really appreciate it. It was a truly touching gesture, you made our day. The vets are amazing. We have another rat called Steve and few weeks ago he couldn't walk properly, thank to them now is in perfect condition and is walking and running around! Thank you!

A big thank you to the receptionist (I apologise I didn't get your name) who took the trouble to ring me back this morning and point me in the direction of your Gowerton Vet Karen. Easter Saturday and vets were thin on the ground - I was distressed as we had a very poorly cat that needed to be put to sleep and our vets was closed - we won't forget your kindness during a very stressful and upsetting time. Thank you. Fast forward 3 months and here are the wild flower seeds that Gibson & Jones kindly sent for us to plant in memory of our beloved and much missed Lily cat - thank you, they are beautiful and we think of her every time we look at them.
