Once again St. James have provided the best of care for Charlie. I've been with them for over 20 years and have taken all my dogs there. I've ALWAYS had the best of care for the dogs and they don't just treat them and off you go, they show they care. That's not just the vets though, I mean all the staff, including the receptionists in all the branches I've been to. There are no better Vets in the area.

Used St James years ago before leaving the area, and having returned, am receiving the excellent service I always had. Pleasant friendly staff who really care about my dogs. One of my shih-tzus had to have an operation for gallstones. Best care was given to her and kindness shown to me. Would not go to any other practice. Five stars with a cherry on the top!

I have registered my dog Poppy at St James vets neath. Have visited 3or4 times over the past year. I can highly recommend the service I have received. Easy to make appointments clean environment and very friendly helpful staff. Any email enquiries I have made have always been answered promptly. 10 out of 10 thank you

We’ve been registered at st James vets in neath for the past 25 years , they have the loveliest vetinary staff there that are always available to talk to and do polite , friendly and very helpful . I recommend st James vets to all family and friends , they were fantastic with my previous dog when he had throat cancer and all the way up to his final days when he had to be put to sleep . The staff were all so caring and had great compassion, we are truly thankful for having such a fantastic vets and now continue to see such an excellent service with our new puppy buddy .

In many years of using veterinary practices around the UK I believe this is the best I've ever used. Lovely clean waiting room with separate area for cats. Really friendly staff with an efficient system from booking in to leaving. Great advice and a thorough health check for the puppies. Very happy with the whole experience

Best vets around! Both of my dogs love coming to the vets weirdly enough. They get excited when I tell them they are going to the vets. The staff are amazing helpful And go above and beyond. All the vets there are lovely too! 5* service wouldn’t take my my dogs any where else!

Our 12 year old dog has had various health issues over the years . With the excellent care and advice we have received from the vets at St. James our dog is having a great life. They go that extra mile and have genuine empathy for your pet. Would not hesitate to recommend
