The vets are very informative and knowledgeable on the down side their prescription charges are rediclious. I was going to be charged £120 for antibiotics but got them on line for less than a quarter of the price. I bought the prescription that cost over £21 that used to be £15 the year before. Can't wait till the government look at their pricing. I know that having a pet is a luxury but the pricing is rediclious and considering there is fee you are applying to see the dog my visit was over £200 if I bought all that was needed. Apart from the price of treatment the service is good

Vets are great! My only suggestion would be to send the receptionists on a customer care course. Animal health should always be the priority.

I now understand that Vets4Pets branches operate independently and may be short-staffed, but when I contacted this practice in an emergency, I was hoping for at least verbal guidance or triage. Instead, I was told they couldn’t help. Sadly, my dog has since passed, and the lack of support was devastating. Policies matter, but the basic duty of care to suffering animals should always come first, even minimal advice or reassurance can make a huge difference in an emergency.

My elderly dog had 2 dental surgeries here, excellent commination, easy service to use post op medication supplied with dietary advice plus easy repeat prescriptions available through WhatsApp and Email

Tessa was diagnosed diabetic 29 months ago, the vets and all the staff have been brilliant throughout, my Tessa went over the rainbow bridge yesterday, the vets and staff showed kindness throughout and the whole process was very dignified, I can't thank them enough for way they carried out the procedure when my Tessa passed, thank you from the bottom of my heart xx

Method of ordering regular medication is now much more improved. I get an email every three months asking me to confirm my address and I get them posted to me at no extra fee. Appreciate this a lot! Fine overall, prices on par with other local vets.
