Absolutely disgusting vets. Completely only interested in money . I wouldn't use these If they were the last vets open. No care or concern for my pet , nothing.

Clean, good & professional. What more could you want. Plus they offer the complete pet care plan which Bridgend doesn't so we drive double the time just to come here.

Only once I had to take my dog here and it was for an ultrasound. Sadly based on the results he was put to sleep. However, ALL the staff were brilliant. Gave us all the time we needed to be with the dog, allowed us time to allow all family members to be there when he was put to sleep if they wanted and supported us before, during and after. They were brilliant. They took a print of his paw and nose prints and kept some fur for us to keep. I really appreciated how amazing they were during such a tough time for us. Thank you!

The vets are very informative and knowledgeable on the down side their prescription charges are rediclious. I was going to be charged £120 for antibiotics but got them on line for less than a quarter of the price. I bought the prescription that cost over £21 that used to be £15 the year before. Can't wait till the government look at their pricing. I know that having a pet is a luxury but the pricing is rediclious and considering there is fee you are applying to see the dog my visit was over £200 if I bought all that was needed. Apart from the price of treatment the service is good

Vets are great! My only suggestion would be to send the receptionists on a customer care course. Animal health should always be the priority.

I now understand that Vets4Pets branches operate independently and may be short-staffed, but when I contacted this practice in an emergency, I was hoping for at least verbal guidance or triage. Instead, I was told they couldn’t help. Sadly, my dog has since passed, and the lack of support was devastating. Policies matter, but the basic duty of care to suffering animals should always come first, even minimal advice or reassurance can make a huge difference in an emergency.

Tanay had an op a few weeks ago. The care and love the staff gave him was second to none. Thank you. He's now on the mend.
