I took my Poochon in for a health check and was given Simparica Trio to give to him. I took the advice they gave that frontline doesn't cover everything and fleas are resistant to it. After giving the Trio he had the runs for a week. Eventually he came good. The following month I signed up to the health check service which included worming every month, £28 for a medium dog. I paid £25 admin fee and they gave me another Simparica Trio, I gave to my Poochon as advised and he couldn't hold anything down for about 4 days, he was violently sick bringing up bile, he also pooed mucus and blood. After getting second opinion I decided to call and cancel the health plan as I was still within the cooling off period. The receptionist didn't ask why so I explained to her briefly what happened, there was no offer of alternative worm and flea treatment, no compassion and no apology. She then told me I owed £15 for the Simparica Trio as they gave it before the direct debit came out. I said ok no problem I will call back and pay. It being Xmas week as well as working full time I had forgotten to call so they called me again. I was in work and explained I will pay just bare with me, I was then threatened with debt collectors if I didn't pay within 7 days. I explained again I'm in work right now and then it's Xmas but I will pop in to pay. It's my first day off tomorrow and I will go in and pay the £15 they are very desperate for but this whole experience has put me off using them again. They show a lot of love for your pet initially but in the end they are only there to get as much money as they can.

Excellent very reasonably priced and I'm. Moving over to them very happy plus I recommend there customer service was helpful. Big plus is getting the help and support from people. It's highly recommended. My dog Rocky is happy 😊

Friendly helpful front desk lovely vets. Carol has a lot of knowledge regarding nutrition I was very helpful about what foods are good for my dog. Highly recommend this veterinarian

Fantastic vets very caring and friendly looked after Hobbs being only 11 weeks old having his microchiping, first booster, nails clipped and lots of cuddles from the staff being a very small Chug.

I have two dogs that have been registered with All Pets Vet Care Milford Haven, for quite a while. I have been treated very well at all times and my dogs love the staff. I have joined the Family Plan scheme for the first time and wish I had done it sooner. I would like to publicly thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart. They handle the end of life nightmare with the utmost care and consideration, both for the animal and for the grieving owner. THANK YOU ALL!

Really impressed with this vets my vince been going there for a long time and he's 13 now and needed his first operation for his teeth out.... I was so worried about anesthetic but they took great care of him and also gave extra care and xrays for other issues during surgery and kept me informed throughout day.... He has recovered so far really well and didn't seem to be to bothered at all... Staff are all so helpful and really quick with appointments and follow ups.... Thankyou very much to everyone from a happy customer

Unbelievable service. All staff truly care and go the extra mile at All Pets Vet Care. Since our dog was 8 weeks, we have used all their services, from neutering to pet passport to monthly flea treatments. It’s phenomenal when you think of the number of pets they’ve seen that they know our spaniel by name and recall his treatments. Not just Billa and Joan as the vets, but all staff exhibit amazing professionalism and dedication to duty! Thoroughly recommend their health plan, which is both cost effective and all-encompassing. The text reminders, appointment availability and timely services are just a cherry on the top!
