Absolutely fantastic vets, milford and pembroke. Paula and Stef go above and beyond. We unfortunately lost our Ruby last year suddenly. Paula couldn't do enough for us as well as the vet nurses and receptionists. We have other pets also and still continue with medivet as I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have compassion for us humans as well as the animals. They are always on the end of the phone should we need reassurance or advice. Thank you medivet for your service to our pets

Our 14yr old border Collie was very unstable on her legs and tilted her head. Stefano and receptionist were extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel calmer, Our dog has an inner ear infection and is on strong steroids for 3wks. THANKYOU Merry Christmas everyone

They are great with my cat an dog an also great at dealing with us as owners an our mental illness. They make going an talking to them accessable to us an take the time to explain things in a way we would understand. We know an do ring up anytime we have a question an their always so helpful. An Pembroke vets I phone too their all nice an very helpful. I would even say taking our pets for their flea an worm treatments is fun. Our dog hurt his paw an they bandaged him up an made him feel proper special. Our pets love their vets an are always relaxed regardless of what's going on.
