Been with this vet chain for 12+ years. First time my pet has had a procedure and the staff were amazing. Friendly, transparent with everything and took time so didn't feel rushed.

Excellent Vets, I have been with them for 10 years and have never been disappointed. The nurses and receptionists are always polite, friendly, and helpful, typical bubbly valley girls ( I'm English, for my sins, lol ). I always get a quick appointment. Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing & will treat your pet as if it were there own & I highly recommend them from my own experience with them. My cat, Charlie, got run down & I rushed him here, as soon as I entered I asked them to help my cat who was in a very bad way, immediately they rushed him into the back, they offered me a room to clean up as I was covered in hair, blood & mucus & then after about 10 minutes the vet Emilia Brewka explained to me that Charlie only had a 20% chance of survival & he would need surgery on his jaw as it was fractured badly, he would be blind in at least 1 eye as it was ruptured but the.other had also been damaged as the optic nerve had a lot of pressure on it from his swelling & also from the impact of him being hit,....he was in a bad way & I had to make a decision....I went for a walk for 20 minutes & during this time they calmed him down gave him medication & took xrays. Miraculously, after they operated on him & put him on medication & calmed him, he made a comeback & is now enjoying his life again, unfortunately he is completely blind but he's adapted very well to it & to think I nearly lost him just a month ago. The staff & vet made this possible for Charlie & I will always be thankful to them for giving him his life back. (please see pics, not in order) I highly recommend them to all, outstanding service, caring, thoughtful & they treat your pet as there own. 10/10 5 Stars.

Jack just had dental surgery today. They are very kind and caring here. They treated Jack exactly as I would have treated him. Very respectful of your feelings and love for your animal. This photo was taken right before leaving and no he doesnt look impressed 😆
