Best vet clinic we've been to by far. My dogs have had kind, caring treatment every time we've been here. Bo the vet and also the practice manager/owner have both been excellent during consults for our dogs, and the receptionists are really helpful over phone and email. No one working here looks down on you if you are on a low income like we've experienced at other clinics and they are really helpful and nonjudgemental suggesting how to save money. And it's lovely to experience all the staff being genuinely happy to see/treat your pets instead of rushed, burnt out or obligated to maximise profit like at other practices. It really helps vet visits be less stressful.

The veterinarians are so caring and you can tell they truly do it for the animals. Very reasonable prices and always amazing customer interaction. Would highly recommend this vet practice to anyone (especially if you have a small/exotic pet).

Absolutely lovely so careing vet was bless her saved my cats life done everything for him explained everything to us about his after care & didn't cost lot of money would like to thank you very much & your staff aswl nearly 11 months on & my cat jymbo was absolutely fine within 2wks after his surgery thanks to the vet I can't thank them enough god bless them , 2 off my family members have now registered they're pet's with this lovely vet as they was so happy that my cat's life was saved thank you all againxxxx

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable vets with a great 'bedside' manner. Resonable prices compared to other vets I've had the displeasure to use, I never feel ripped off when I go here, I've had the opposite feeling in other vets. They saw my dog when she was very ill, fitted me in within 30 minutes of me calling them, they diagnosed the issue quickly, and the meds they prescribed has given our 14 year old cocker a new lease of life.

Can’t thank Oxford house vets enough for looking after our Millie moo. I was so nervous about having her spayed but after reassurance and outstanding care our girl was back to herself within 2-3 days. The hard part was stopping her jumping on to furniture!! Highly recommend Oxford house. Vicky the vet is an old school friend and her passion for animals is heart warming. Definitely 5 star care 💕

Went yesterday 28/03/25 and saw the new vet with my GSD Raya. Iv kept dogs since I was 18 so numerous vets visits and the lady I saw yesterday was by far the best kindest most knowledgeable and enthusiastic vet I have ever seen. She was new to the practice but didn't get her name I'm just so thankful that I feel I have left with understanding and correct treatment plans rather than popping pills and hoping for the best until another ear infection. Thank u so much and Oxford vets she's a keeper!!! ☺️☺️
