I am not usually one to leave a negative review but I have been with this vets for years and have now recently moved because my elderly dog was attacked by another dog and they would not see him, or get back to us with any update or any recommendations, lucky I had some left over pain relief or he would have been left in pain. When i rung to complain on the Monday was not even asked how my dog was after the attack. Awful ! I have Switched to a new vets now who give him the excellent care and service he needs as an old dog.

Been with Victoria Vets a number of years with dogs and cat. Always found both vets and nusres excellent to deal with. Some pf the receptionists could be more welcoming. Def recommend vets tho.

What fantastic service from victoria veterinary practice. We arrived with an appointment, with a dog who is less than friendly to other dogs. The vet came and saw us in the car park and made sure that the coast was clear for us to come through the waiting room. He examined our dog throughly, took samples and gave friendly and clear advice. The fees were reasonable and inline with that we thought. All in all we are very happy with how it went from start to finish. I'd highly recommend and won't hesitate to use this vets in the future.

Won't be using these again, couldn't transfer to merthyr when Aberdare was closed, went to see vet when re-opened, basically patronised by him, spoke to someone at merthyr recently about a few things and called in aberdare today, incorrect info given and reception staff have a condescending attitude

I am so very sad to see this wonderful practice close. Since 2017 they have cared for my dogs in such a professional, kind and caring manner. Marj Edwards in particular has treated some of mine with homeopathy alongside conventional medicine, actually allowing my whippet, Rupert, to enjoy eleven comfortable months following a terminal cancer diagnosis in 2017. My heartfelt thanks goes out to Marj and also to Rhian who was so kind when I had to make the decision to have my greyhound, Wilson, put to sleep only four days after he became ill so suddenly. Of course I hope more than anything to see the practice reopen and will return immediately. However Marj Edwards will be a hard act to follow. Thank you Marj for seven years of outstanding veterinary care. Thank you too from my current two, Guinness and Adrian.
