Absolutely amazing service provided by the most caring team I have ever met. Had to make an emergency appointment for my cat and they were very accommodating. The initial prognosis was dire but after the amazing effort put in by the vets and the team my cat is back to his normal stupid self. He shall now now be known as Lazarus.

It’s lovely in this day and age to go into a vets practice and speak to staff that actually listen to your worries and concerns about your pet. My beloved cat was under there care for years, they went above and beyond with her care which I appreciate to this day, if in the future I rescue a cat, folly vets will be my first port of call, the vets, nurse vets and administrative staff are all superb.

I highly recommend folly vets they were very professional, helpful and caring in the treatment of our Lovely dog Bonnie and they loved her and cared for her very much ❤️ unfortunately she passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening after an operation. Would like to say thankyou to all the staff for their care for Bonnie. Love Michelle and Gary xxx

I came in a while ago with my dog acting erratic turns out it was a bee sting they changed me 200 pound they shaved my dog's leg without asking and gave her saline water in her leg and told me she could die if I don't go to the emergency vet, got home the dog ripped the saline water out of it's leg and was totally fine what a con If I could go back in time I would have gave the saline water back to you and walked out rip off I didn't consent to any of that In response to you - how would you resolve the issue are you offering my money back ?

Recently had to visit this veterinary practice with my dog because my regular vets could not provide me with the treatment needed. I cannot recommend them enough ! My dog was admitted for a series of tests within a week following consultation and I had results back also within a week .All the staff have been friendly, helpful and professional at all times . Even regular phone calls from Dinika the vet to see how my dog is .Thankyou to you all !

We love this vets it’s like it’s one massive family so happy to see you and care for you loved ones like there own , nothing is to much trouble for them and all the team make you feel welcome oh and my four legged buddy . We had a nice walk down and back too . Fantastic team so happy to be apart the best vets in town thank you for looking after us today
