Amazing, honestly the service and care is outstanding! The staff are so very lovely and welcoming, the way they care for my cats with such love is so heart warming. The fees are reasonable, too and always do their best to ensure I don’t pay out more than necessary. Advice and guidance is superb and always what’s best for my pets and never about making money. My cats are rescue animals and the one is so scared of everyone and everything but she absolutely adores Michaela and Heather. I truly am so grateful for the way they look after my cats with love and how they care about my needs, too. The team even made sure I had medical care, trust me that was a first to turn up at the hospital and tell them my vet sent me, haha. Incredible team ❤️

Our dog went for a routine spay today, staff were very friendly and reassured us throughout. They made sure we understood all possible outcomes and ensured we knew and decided all our options. They looked after her and loved her. On collection they made us aware of everything we needed to know and where to go if we needed help. Can't fault them on anything except price lol but like everything prices increased. Thank you all. She is now having lots of cuddles

Vets4Pets Blackwood were amazing during the sad loss of my beloved dog Daisy. From speaking to the lovely receptionist on the telephone, to arriving to the surgery with Daisy. The nurses and vet were all very kind and treated Daisy with the upmost respect and love. I am very grateful of the time we had together before and after she crossed the rainbow bridge. I am also very grateful to Jordie who carried out Daisy's removal of cancerous lumps back in 2018 giving us another almost 5 years of our gorgeous girl. Thank you all for all the care and compassion.

Absolutely fantastic team! We had our beloved cat who was almost 18 with many health problems put to rest with Vets for Pets in Blackwood and I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and compassionate attitude towards my sister who had to take Poppy for her final visit to the vets. I honestly did not expect the sympathy card, certificate of cremation or the lovely little envelope with seeds in. So thank you all so much, it means a lot to the whole family!

Both of my cats, Dandelion and Burdock are patients at this vets. They are always cared for with the utmost respect and friendliness. Whenever I have any worried or queries they are happy to answer any questions or give advice with a simple phone call. My little Burdock recently had spay surgery, she was cared for wonderfully and has had one of her two post operations and she is healing up beautifully. I love this vet service, they sent her home with pain relief, something that I didn't have with my boy when we were at a different vet. The prices are also amazing, very affordable treatments. My sister recommended this vets to me as her dog goes there and I jumped ship to this vets without a moment's thought, and I'm glad I did. First class service, friendly staff and always happy to help. 5 stars and I would certainly recommend vets4pets blackwood to family and friends.
