Definitely the most helpful, friendly, professional vets practice we have ever visited. We Were on holiday and they went above and beyond to help our poorly pooch. All staff from reception to vets and nurses were absolutely amazing and left us feeling so reassured and happy. We Were amazed by the very reasonable cost also. Would highly recommend this vets to anybody local and only wish we lived here as we would not consider using any other vets. Thank you so much for an absolutely outstanding service. Michael and Eddie Harris and not forgetting little Pepe.

When you leave the Oak you know, you have been listened to and your pet is in the best hands, receiving or having received full attention and the best treatment possible. After all, our pets are our babies, fur or no fur :) Excellent service, every time 😊👍 It's a 10/10 from me!

No-one likes taking a pet to the vet, least of all my little Jack Russell Nellie. She's very nervous and gets quite stressed. The Oak Haverfordwest are brilliant with her (and me) and tailor the appointment to suit. The Vets, Nurses and Reception staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable and make the trip to the vets a much better experience than expected. Thanks very much to all the staff.

Made to wait outside in the heat for 25 mins after the appointment was due because they had overbooked themselves, they then proceed to load up a bill of £255 without telling me and not being able to give a diagnosis for something as simple as fur loss, then proceeded to withhold information to a insurance company for the claim. Absolutely incompetent the lot.

Our cat had his hips operated on and it was a very rare and specific condition. The entire team was amazing. They kept us informed, very understanding, professional and friendly. We knew our little guy was in great hands. He is now running, jumping and getting into all sorts of mischief :)

All aspects of treatment were excellent....from reception dealing with my phone call to the vet dealing with my dog who was very unwell. I cannot praise Leslie-Anne highly enough. All treatment and results of tests were explained in detail and at no time did I feel rushed even though I didn't have an appointment and the surgery was very busy on a Saturday morning. Leslie-Anne also requested a follow up call on a Sunday to update her on my dogs condition following treatment. It was a very good and reassuring visit to my local vet group who I hadn't visited many times in the past. I certainly won't worry about taking my dogs there again if I have any concerns about their health.
