We registered our pets at V4P in Rhyl shortly after relocating to the area. Sarah and Ian have been extremely helpful at each visit. The team of vets have been so supportive in our efforts to give our beloved French Bulldog the best quality of life during her terminal illness. Thank you to all at Vets4Pets Rhyl. A wonderful team!

On the whole had years of good service from this practice. We've been visiting for over 10yrs. However, recently visited with our dog for it's annual vaccination. Nothing very complicated. Our consultation was with 'Tizzy' the vet. Upon entering the room he seems very unfriendly... The first thing he mentions is why have you been taking your pet to another practice? How strange.... We replied 'No, we only come here for years', he then suggests we haven't visited for two years...... Which was totally incorrect. Our dog's vaccinations card showed this. Plus check your computer records for other visits. He then continued to persistantly insinuate that are we sure we don't visit other vets! He was very aggressive and rude in his nature. He comes across as very patronising and arrogant when you try to explain anything. He just constantly interrupted me. I'm not very happy with his service and unprofessional manner. Despite all his degrees..... I suggest he attend a customer service course. One customer now lost. I won't be returning. We complained to customer support.... Slow to react. Obviously not bothered with his unprofessionalism. I've noticed other customers comments about this arrogant vet. My advice would be... Don't be drawn in by all this commercial brain washing corporate rubbish about how great they are as a business. Go somewhere else... I would highly recommend Celyn Vets. ☺️

We have been with Vets4Pets for just over three years with three beautiful boys. Sadly, we lost our one dog ‘Anuck’ yesterday on the 3rd July and we cannot thank the vets enough for what they did. A week before, we took him to the vets to which they gave him antibiotics and anti-inflammatory injections followed up by a full blood test, check over and more antibiotics to be sent home with. They even tried to get him to eat some food while at one appointment due to him not wanting to eat. Yesterday morning we woke up to find him more unwell after slowly getting better and rung for an emergency appointment to explain what the situation was and have him checked out; he was on his way to the vets when he passed away in the car. Upon arriving, the vet was ready and we informed him of the passing and they assisted us outside checking him out before we brought him inside. They allowed us to cry and to let everything out while allowing us to say our final goodbyes and inform us of the next steps. They did not charge us anything for the emergency appointment and time we had taken from other appointments. They allowed Anuck to have his dignity until the Funeral home picked him up and took care of him from there. The entire team of Vets4Pets have always been brilliant with our boys who are extremely hyper and loving, but they have shown Anuck comfort and confidence where he lacked due to previous years with another family. Thank you for everything, especially Jose and Sean. To those who are looking for a place where it is extremely clear they care for each animal, please look no further.
