We had to make the heartbreaking decision to let our Katie go due to her failing health and not wanting her to suffer. Carlos was amazing, gentle, explained everything, and gave us time and privacy to say goodbye to our girl. She passed peacefully in our arms, and didn't suffer. Our thanks go out to Carlos with all our hearts.

I cannot thank Last Wishes enough for the care and compassion they showed us during one of the hardest moments we have ever experienced. Having to say goodbye to a beloved pet is heartbreaking, but having a home euthanasia service meant that we could say goodbye peacefully, in familiar surroundings, without any additional stress for our gorgeous boy George. Carlos was incredibly gentle, patient and compassionate throughout the entire process. They treated our pet with such dignity and respect, while also giving us the time and space we needed to say goodbye. Nothing felt rushed, and everything was explained clearly and sensitively. Although it was an incredibly sad experience, we felt reassured that our George was comfortable and surrounded by love in their final moments. We will always be grateful for the kindness and care we were shown. We are also so grateful for the paw print and nose print you took for us. They are such precious keepsakes that we will treasure forever and mean more to us than you could know. I would wholeheartedly recommend Last Wishes to anyone who sadly finds themselves facing this difficult decision. Carlos was professional and kind. I was able to say goodbye to my precious boy 16 yr old chocolate dapple Lewi , in the familiar surroundings of the home he loved , and iI was right there ,next to him. Carlos went through everything , and put me at ease.I was not rushed , it was peaceful ,and calm. A few days have passed and Carlos phoned to say he would drop off Lewi,s ashes to me at my home. Superb. Highly recommended, dealt with compassion at what is a really bad time, fully explained the process, and most importantly did everything to keep our dog comfortable and at ease.

The awful decision need to be made due to My beautiful girl being unable to walk, Carlos came to my home, explained everything, when it was time he gave us the time and space to say our goodbyes, there was no rust and everything was done with care. Its been 16 days since my beautiful boy zero needed to cross the rainbow bridge. I contacted Carlos just before christmas as zero 8.5 year old a gorgeous st bernard( who developed reactivness) and spoke to carols who reassured me he was still able to help when the time came for us to use his incredible help my boy pass at home with us and not even realising that Carlos was there. Carlos is an incredible person with a big heart & something special to help families with the help and support he so lovingly gives his role. Carlos was informative , he went through everything step by step of what happens or how it could happen. He is caring, thoughtful and kind..he wasnt pushy or intrusive on an incredibly difficult and highly emotional moments of our lives. Thank you so much Carlos. Our fanily would highly recommend you to anyone whose in need of you..
