What a lovely caring person. Nothing was too much trouble for him and I was a blubbering wreck. I can't thank last wishes enough and I would highly recommend.

After almost 18 years with out beautiful Pug Louis, sadly, it was time for him to rest. I contacted Carlos, he explained everything and we arranged for him to come a few days later. Louis was cwtched in, loved and safe at home in our arms with our entire family at home in his cosy place. Carlos was so gentle with our Louis and us as a family in every way...Louis got to be home with us all and fell asleep, gently cwtched in our arms with our love, tears and more importantly his own surroundings. We carried Louis to the van in a basket as we'd carried him home as a puppy even a robin sat on the wall to say their goodbyes too! Heartbreaking losing our loyal Louis and thankfully Carlos supported us throughout.Louis had the chance to fall asleep forever in his forever home. So grateful to Carlos and his wife for everything and making it possible for us all to be here with Louis. Being home with Louis made such a difference to him and to all of us❤️💛🩷💚🧡💜🩵

I will ever be thankful for Carlos and his kindness at one of the most difficult times in my life. His empathy and caring for my girls was second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending his servuce to anyone.

We recently used Last Wishes to help our staffy Bella gain her wings after a long cancer battle. My youngest dog had passed and 12 days later my dog Ginger sadly had to be put to sleep a few days ago. The PDSA menttioned Last Wishes so I contacted them about Ginger, I knew I had to make the right choices for my boy. Last Wishes were brilliant, they explained every step and what to expect to happen while helping my boy. Very respectful and treated both Ginger and I very well. I am so grateful that they could help us. They also cremate pets and will give you your pets ashes of you wish. I will recommend them to otters. They are professional and kind. Thank you so much,

I wasn't sure what to do with regards to my beautiful boy Zeus. I phoned Last Wishes and spoke with Gemma and later Carlos. Carlos came to the house and was so kind and compassionate towards us both. I never felt rushed and it was so peaceful. Zeus slipped away with no distress and I was allowed as much time as I needed afterwards. I collected Zeus' ashes yesterday and now hes home with me. I can't thank Carlos and Gemma enough and also Bluebell woods. The forget me not seeds were a beautiful touch and I will be planting them in Zeus' favourite spot in the garden ♥️

From the moment I contacted Carlos at Last Wishes, l knew this was a person l could trust for my beautiful dogs end of life. Carlos came the following day. He gave us time, and explained everything with regards the euthanasia. His compassionate and kind approach made my beautiful girl feel at ease, and the whole procedure l feel she excepted. There was nothing that made her feel uneasy. Taking care of everything for us with regards cremation at Bluebell Woods and returning her ashes and paw prints home after made a very sad time for us much easier. I can't thank Carlos enough. Totally professional and very understanding.

Well, I feel so much comfort with how my furry baby Marlie, my family and myself was treated. Remarkable, so caring, kind, softly spoken and understanding. I couldn't have wanted any better. Plus the casket, paw prints, the little see-through bottle with my furry baby's coat in the card and forget-me-not seeds are so amazing. I can feel that my baby boy Marlie is still with me. Thank you so much Last Wishes for a sad day. That will always make me feel so warm and relaxed inside knowing that my furry baby was well looked after even after he walked the rainbow 🌈 bridge. Seth fell asleep peacefully in his own home. Last Wishes Vets provided such a professional service which Seth deserved I had Seth for 18 years .... He was a part of our family....also the neighbours.
