The staff are all excellent. The vets and nurses were lovely and caring to my dog Pepper who sadly is coming towards the end of his life. Their communication with us was timely, professional, clear and kind, and we were kept informed about what was happening with his treatment at all times. We really could not have asked for better care! With grateful thanks.

Sad day when we had to have our dog millie moos put to sleep. Millie and ourselves were treated with outstanding compassion and dignity. Both myself and my wife were overwhelmed when a sympathy card from usk vets arrived in the post. What a lovely gesture!! Many Thanks The Povall family.

The last experience was the best I've had so far. The vet knew exactly how to manage my stressed and anxious dog and made the experience as painless as possible. I couldn't believe how amazing she was with my dog. Thank you

Have always used Usk Vets since my childhood days firstly when living in Raglan. Continued to do so in my married life to a Usk Farmers s using Usk Vets for the Farm Animals & being very satisfied with the services they had always received, no complaints . Myself never having had a bad experience from Usk or ever having heard any bad reports decided to continue to use them for my own family pets when I moved to Cwmbran 40yrs ago & I continue to use them to this day as I know they are fully trustworthy.
