1 male vet forcefully rammed a needle in my dog so hard and was completely sickening to witness,me and my wife witnessed the force he used and my dog yelped turned and went to bite the vet in defense, it was horrible to witness and my dog is not at all aggressive and have never had issues with needles at all apart from when this guy stabbed my dog with brute force !!! They never callback on multiple occassions and when we had a callout the vet guy spoke to my wife and did not bother to even look at me,greet or aknowledge me at all i found him very rude,who does that,go to someones house amd not even look at you or say anything? Clown🤡 So they have lost custom now,i will not use them again they are useless and rude and their little white van driver cannot drive and rides up the behind of other road users,so allround useless clowns 🤡 should all be in a circus not in a vet practice 🤡 Avoid!!!

Very happy indeed and v confident in Bodwrinsian Vetinary surgery as a whole as the staff have been very professional with my kittens and helpful with their advice on anything that needs to be addressed.

Reception staff are always cheerful and friendly Vets are great with our dog and do their best to make them feel at ease. Doesn't work with ours she just doesn't enjoy vet visits!!

Mona vets have cared for all our pets for many years,always a great service,caring,understanding and patient. Recently,sadly,had to put a pet to sleep,they were all so thoughtful and caring,not rushing,and the aftercare was second to non.

The staff are very friendly as always, Twm and Milo love going to the vets because the vet gets them to chill and gives them biscuits before he / she starts the treatment. They are very professional and knowledgeable. Well done.

My working cocker cut her rear left leg very extensively on a barbed wire fence whilst I was on holiday in Anglesey. Bodrwnsiwn Vetinary Practice was able to see her within three hours. She had surgery that afternoon to clean, debride and stitch the wound. The receptionist I initially spoke to was really helpful, especially as the phone signal was terrible and the call kept dropping out. Finally I drove five miles to get a better signal. She was incredibly understanding and patient. In all, I saw three vets at the Practice, all of whom were amazing. I couldn't have asked for better care or treatment for my dog, who's now making a good recovery. So, a big shout out for Bodrwnsiwn Vetinary Practice. You're the best and I'm so grateful!
