All Pets Prestatyn looked after Woody with so much care and attention, explaining everything clearly and keeping us informed on everything, we felt Woody was in the best hands of Dr Richard, with big thanks to all of the team.

I can’t thank Eliza the vet enough for her expertise and the care she shows towards my old boy, my sausage dog. She always takes the time to see things from the dog’s point of view, which really makes a difference. I’ve been with this practice for four years since moving to the area, and they’ve also been fantastic with my other two sausage dogs. The whole team has such a calm and therapeutic approach especially important with dachshunds, who can be a little stubborn at times! 🐾 Rhi the nurse has cared for my dogs many times, and I absolutely love her gentle approach and expertise. Thank you both so much for everything you do!

We have taken our cat a few times over the last few months to this vets with one thing or another the prestatyn branch and rhyl and they have been very good with her lovely staff excellent service being able to have an appointment on the day we have rung them up.we would fully recommend them.

Had a great experience with all staff this afternoon when I had to take a visit with my dog as an emergency visit whilst on holiday after the skin was taken off both carpal pads. I was fitted in and then Finn was treated with care and attention and I had all treatment explained to me with notes being forwarded to my normal vets so they can complete a follow up with all the information. Finn is no worse for ware with his bandaged paws. We both appreciate all the help 🐾

My little Mika was poorly and Mary the vet has been amazing and thorough with her ,I carnt thank them enough ,the receptionists are lovely and caring too so glad I chose this vets 🙂for my 3 dogs and cat 🐈

I would like to say this vets are absolutely amazing. They managed to fit me and my cat mittens in over the bank holiday, and they kept there prices reasonable. But sadly the next day my 18 year old cat wasn’t responding to the treatment that had been given the day before. So with a careful discussion with the vet, it was advised it would be best to have her put down. I would like to thank them for their care for my cat to the point at the end of her life, and looking after me as I was in distress. And the lovely touch with the fur, paw prints and a very emotional letter, which gave me comfort. Would definitely recommend these vets. Keep up the wonderful work you do looking after pets and people
