From start to finish, Eliza and the Team demonstrated extraordinary skill, professionalism and genuine compassion. Eliza cared for our beloved dog, Erol ,with unmatched expertise and kindness. During a very difficult and emotional time she went far beyond what we could have expected. Her Skill and Professionalism are outstanding but what truly sets her apart is her Compassion. We have been part of the practice for a while always received 5* care but now our dogs are of the age of spaying/neutering the real 5* care has shown we have staffies who are a bundle of either full on excitement or nervous energy we have had confidence classes which have been the best decision we have made for all of our dogs they now come in excited and calm we as parents feel calm and confident to voice our opinions and feel heard our dogs have had the love and care they needed from updated phone calls and photos sent showing their recovery we couldn't ask for more

Mary is such a lovely caring vet ,she is fantastic with our poppy when she needs bloods etc ,poppy is such a nervous pooch and Mary never rushes her ,definitely 5 ⭐ vets all round 🙂

I can’t thank Eliza the vet enough for her expertise and the care she shows towards my old boy, my sausage dog. She always takes the time to see things from the dog’s point of view, which really makes a difference. I’ve been with this practice for four years since moving to the area, and they’ve also been fantastic with my other two sausage dogs. The whole team has such a calm and therapeutic approach especially important with dachshunds, who can be a little stubborn at times! 🐾 Rhi the nurse has cared for my dogs many times, and I absolutely love her gentle approach and expertise. Thank you both so much for everything you do!
