I have been with Alpha for 6 years, i cant fault the vets at all, but the receptionists need to be sacked! Would give no stars if I could. Very cold reception from receptionist. Richard was very rude. Will never recommend Alpha purely due to receptionists.

Absolutely brilliant veterinary practice, my boerboel puppy's first visit, extremely thorough examination, chipped and first inoculation, no stress on the puppy what so ever, very informative about the breed, tips on feeding and every day care, great welcoming staff, definitely recommend this practice to all đź‘Ť

I have been taking both my dogs to Alpha vets for the the last 8 years. Unfortunately my older dog was recently diagnosed with an Mast cell tumor on his leg, after his Stelfonta injection he has been in considerable pain which the post op period fell on a weekend. Vicki arranged for a member of staff to go and open up on a Sunday morning so that he could get the pain medication he needed. I can't hold Vicki or Laura in a higher regard as vets or as people for the way they treat my dogs whenever they are in Alpha vets care. Shaun

Lovely receptionist and got a non-emergency booking for the next day. Arrived on time and there was no wait. Lovely interaction with vet and I felt they took the time to listen and were understanding and not patronising. Left with a suitable solution and didn't feel ripped off. No one tried to sell me anything expensive either! I also liked the fact that there were clear prices on the products they were selling. Would recommend!

Amazing service at Alpha Vets. We are on holiday at Pembrey Country Park, with two of our dogs having had operations 10 days ago at our own vets in England. Alpha vets very kindly said they would remove the stitches and gave them a very thorough examination at the same time. One of our dogs is very nervy and the vet was brilliant with him, she got down on his level and was very calm. A perfect visit and should we ever need to use them again, we wouldn’t hesitate to do so. Thanks!!

I have been with Alpha for nearly 25 years and I have always felt at ease when I have taken my dog for whatever reason. Staff are friendly and the whole building is clean and tidy. A wonderful veterinary clinic.

Absolutely first class. We had our little Sweep operated upon here (castration). From beginning to pick up a first class service. On arrival the chap I spoke to was informative, efficient and polite, totally knowledgeable answering all my questions. When I collected little Sweep he was in good health, alert and ready to return home. We had a post op call today, just to make sure all was good (which it was/is!). Fantastic after care. Definitely recommend. Thank you Alpha Vets.
