I have recently had to use Vets4 pets when my beautiful cat Bailey fell ill suddenly. The vets were absolutely fantastic, so kind and sympathetic. Sadly he was too ill to be saved and had to be put to sleep, it was done with such respect. The nurses and receptionists were also great. Thank you x

Our cat has a thyroid problem which is now under control. I'd like to give an absolute shout out to Nurse Leanne Roberts from the Merthyr Vets 4 Pets. Taytus, our cat, isn't used to the outside world so going to the vets was extremely stressful for her . Leanne made the first and subsequent visits doable because of her absolute patience and care she took with Taytus. If Leanne is not there then Taytus doesn't go . Cannot recommend this lady enough for looking after our cat with the care and diligence you'd hope to see in an animal veterinary nurse. She goes above and beyond and has formed a bond with both us and more importantly, our cat . Thank you

Really lovely, got an appointment quickly. My anxiety was too bad and I had waited long for my dogs vaccine. Other vet gave me a lecture but these vets, understood, took time with Mt adhd, helped me get insurance which reduced the vaccine cost to 20!! Cover is 8 a month. Been back since for free nail.cut, weight and health check. Will always go back. We travel over an hour to go to this vets 4 pets

I love this vets. The staff always do their best to accommodate appointments and the pricing is reasonable, and you get to exit through the gift shop! Lol

Lovely caring and knowledgeable staff, especially when Lily was diagnosed with Diabetes last year and consequently developed cataracts a few months ago. Sadly, I had to say goodbye to Lily last Friday, and all the veterinary staff - especially Mel (who cried as much as me) - were amazingly considerate and made the final farewells unrushed and stress-free. Thank you.
