My two cats were very calm, the vet was gentle but firm and overall a very happy experience for both of them. They had their overall checkup and vaccines for the year.

The staff are great, very helpful and considerate. The vets have been really good with both of my cats, treating them with care and compassion

I registered my dog on the Friday morning and I had an appointment made for me on the same day. Due to my usual vets not being to accommodate my dog for 2 days. I'm so glad I chose medivet as they were through with my dog and very helpful when I rang worried about my dogs eye. I will be transferring my other dog over the medivet aswell. I would go anywhere else now. Thank you to all staff.

Rang for advice this morning, receptionist was rude and unwilling to help. Sounded as if she was eating or was just having difficulty speaking. There's no way she would speak to anyone like that in person. Refused me to make a complaint and hung up on me .Highly unprofessional thank goodness my usual vets at vets4pets merthyr are absolutely lovely bunch.

All staff at Medivet in Merthyr always welcome us with a smile and ensure both dogs are happy and comfortable each time we have visit, to the point where my dogs actually enjoy their experience at the vets now.
