Very relaxed atmosphere, towels provided free of charge to dry soggy doggy was a huge bonus as it was raining on my 1st visit & my dog hates being wet. A very clean and welcoming environment. I didn’t have to wait long to be seen with my dog and when we were the vet had a wonderful manner with my dog Alfie. She was very thorough, clear and efficient throughout our appointment. I’m very happy I switched to this vets!

Our cats had their annual boosters and we went to the new Caerphilly Vet Practice in Castle View. What an amazing facility. It is modern, clean and well designed. It started with a warm welcome on reception from Sue and Tracy and then there was a special cat waiting area to help them feel safe. Lucy the vet treated our cats like they were her own and we felt they were in safe hands. We would recommend Caerphilly Vets.

I swapped to Caerphilly vets as I had some concerns about his treatment in older age. The gulf in quality of care was stark. They really stuck with Charlie to the end, and Charlie loved to visit too. Honestly just the best care I could have asked for. We lost our boy just yesterday but I really wanted to take an opportunity to share what an awesome experience I had. Top service, excellent care, thank you so much for everything.

The staff are always professional and friendly making you and your pet feel at ease. My dog went for her yearly vaccinations and checkup feeling very relaxed jumped straight onto the weighing machine because she knows she will always have a treat. I was given the chance to air any concerns I had about her. The vet was lovely to my dog throughout the consultation.
