I went here to pick up a voucher towards the speying of my dog. On the long bus journey home ,I actually lost the voucher! I immediately rang them, and told them what had happened, and their response was amazing to me. They offered to write another for me to pick up in a couple of days time. I can't praise the staff highly enough for helping me so promptly. Thank you so much everyone, you really saved my bacon today, and put my mind at ease.
