Despite having been unexpectedly booked into the practice’s other location which was some miles away, the Bangor staff were really helpful, got me in on the next available appointment in Bangor that morning and were able to expedite the time so I didn’t have to wait very long at all. The vet was helpful, professional and caring. I like using this service and would recommend it.

I started using this vets recently after taking in my parent's dog who was badly attacked. The staff team at Bodrwnsiwn have been fabulous in helping my dog, Sultan, to recover and get back to his usual self. They have offered lots of advice and have always been extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you all for all of your help. I will definitley be using this vets going forwards 😊

I feel like crying I am so upset, my little dog was diagnosed with diabetes and Cushings disease. Twice his medication wasn't ready to be picked up after turning up prearranged, no phone call to tell me it wasn't in, overcharged £75 and sent an invoice stating this. This is all in 6 weeks of care. Rhiannon the vet is lovely it's a shame the ordering/reception staff couldn't be more helpful. I could see a slippery slope of doom so taking my pet care elsewhere (and money)😔

Very happy with this service looking after my old cat. They look after her well in our regular checkups, take time to ask about Smudge and to check her over. We’ve ben using them for over a decade and are very satisfied.
