A few months ago when our elderly cat Saphie had to be put to sleep, Beth was so compassionate and supportive. Then yesterday we brought our dog Geddy in with hip issues and Fair was brilliant with him, winning him over with liver paste despite his nerves and spending a lot of time with us, watching him walk. The medication prescribed already seems to be helping. It feels like the vets at Cibyn really care, and the reception staff are always really helpful too. Very happy with the service received.

From puppy to end of life care, the staff at Cibyn Vets deliver the best. Thoughtful, caring and professional, they have looked after me and my dogs for over twenty years. I know that I am assured of a friendly welcome whether it be a routine visit, on-going condition, or a real emergency.

We have trusted the staff in this surgery for many years throughout the lives of many and varied pets. We have always felt supported in making informed decisions, have enjoyed the camaraderie, have observed the teamwork, and would highly recommend them all.

My little dog is having socialising sessions which are working wonders for his confidence. I recommend these for any dogs who are nervous and stressed at visiting a Veterinary Clinic.

We find Cibyn to be the nicest vets we've used since living in the area. We get decent advice and they don't always rush us to the most expensive treatment as others have done before. Very friendly and welcoming staff too.
