Great service at Fairwater vets. Very kind. My cat was carried back to the car for me as I am an old age pensioner. Thank you.

As I have recently moved to the area, I was looking for a good Vets. I came across WellPets, Fairwater, Cwmbran, and as many may know the feeling the Vets give you 😒, I was not made to feel this way by any of the staff. All the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly 🙂. From the start of my visit, to the end of my visit, the Vet explained everything from my kittens first jabs to being spayed/neutered, and everything inbetween (sorry I didn't catch your name) ðŸ¤. They have schemes available to help with payments of all kinds, so whether your on Benefits, or can pay in Full, there's a payment method for everyone 😀. I do reccommend WellPets, Fairwater, Cwmbran to EVERYONE new in the area or has a new pet!!

Always caring and understanding staff. My 15 yr dog is treated with respect and care. They are very professional and very helpful and supportive. Very clear on options and treatments. They explain everything clearly and listen to my concerns about my boy.

Do not take your beloved pets to this veterinary practice. Our Millie a border collie was overdosed on medication for arthritis the vet gave her more than double of prescribed dose for her weight which led to serious side effects. I emailed to complain and yes they paid for the emergency vet bills but due to the vets incompetence my dog suffered and yes she was an old dog 14 years. They blamed her age as well but I know this overdose caused her to suffer and in the end as a family we decided to have her put to sleep. I would avoid this vets at all cost.

I visited Fairwater practice this morning concerned about my 12 year old dogs teeth and whether or not he would need a scale and Polish under general anesthetic. The vet explained that at 12 years old my dog doesn't need any procedures that aren't necessary.Once he checked my dogs teeth and gums he said the best thing to do would be to carry on brushing daily as we are doing at the moment , they weren't that bad , I appreciated his honesty as it saved my dog and us a lot of stress and money .
