Absolutely amazing my dog loves going to visit the vets, they always make a massive fuss of her and always very helpful 🥰

Absolutely love Saunders vet, the receptionists are always really friendly and they love the animals. The vets and nurses are absolutely brilliant, I've had a few emergencies over the years & they have all been exceptional 😊

I've been with this Vets Surgery for 30+ years and have always found them pleasant and efficient, I've met many different vets over the years but have always found them helpful and informative about my various cats' health and sympathetic when I've had to say 'goodbye' to them.

From the moment you enter reception, you will receive the warmest welcome from the most wonderful reception team. The reception team go above and beyond to ensure your pet is as comfortable as they can be whilst visiting. The same can be said of the nursing team and surgeons. An amazing group of people who genuinely care for the animals they treat, and the owners. It's why I've used the same veterinary surgery for all of my pets over the years. I can't imagine taking them anywhere else, as it's difficult to believe my pets and I would receive the same exemplary standard of care.

Always a friendly person on reception, and a calm environment. Helpful and informative and explains things to me in language I can understand (no medical jargon). My cat Loki is scared to be there, as I'm sure all pets are at the vets, but the vets are always gentle and allow him to explore the room a little. Don't have pics of the vets, but you can have pics of my boy instead, lol.
