Took our elderly cat for his check + vaccination. Jane on reception. Warm + welcoming. The vet. Kind, caring to Neville ( cat). I have no hesitation in recommending the Caerleon practice.

The Usk vets are all lovely and very friendly professionals with every visit. We had our cat power neutered through the cats society, I did pay for her fluids through her operation £85 extra . But our experience for power was so comfortable with her recovery. Just had our last visit check-up . So, I got a small urine infection, but they said to keep an eye on her and give them a call if she needs anything else.. wonderful thank you to the vets , nurses, and receptionist.

Lovely welcome by the vet, great explanation about the care of my cat and next steps needed to protect her. Looking forward to our next visit x
