One and a half hours on hold just to try and get an appointment and another half an hour earlier in the day is ridiculous. Called another local vet, got through in less than a minute and got an appointment for the next day. Lost me as a customer, will be moving all three of my dogs.

I am writing this review to express my absolute disgust and disappointment with the service my young puppy received today, during a nail trim. I brought my puppy, in for a simple nail clipping. Despite knowing she is a puppy and requires extra gentle handling, the staff member responsible for the procedure cut her quick the sensitive, painful part of the nail not once, but twice. This caused her significant pain, distress, and bleeding. I understand that accidents can sometimes happen however, for a professional to make this serious and painful error twice in a single appointment demonstrates an unacceptable lack of attention and care. The person performing this task was clearly not being careful enough. This was a traumatic experience that has caused my puppy unnecessary pain and will undoubtedly make future handling and veterinary visits more stressful for her. I will never be bringing my puppy back to this clinic and I urge other pet owners to reconsider using them for even the most basic services if this is the level of professionalism they provide. You have broken my trust and caused my puppy pain that was completely preventable.

Vet and staff were lovely but they forgot to charge me. A little overpriced, but again, vet and staff were really lovely and my animal was well taken care of. Four stars. Great vets. Slightly expensive.

Should seriously be 0 starts I am baffled that this vets is even allowed to see animals. On Friday the 25th of April I took my cat to get a pregnancy nurturing and microchipped, I had explained to the nurse that morning my concerns that she is too small to have these kittens and the risks of her having them I could not afford, the nurse I had was completely understand with this and the last conversation I had with them was about my mother being the primary number so if anything were needed it was best to call her. Later that morning after leaving I had a call from the vets where the woman had explained that the kittens were viable meaning that the vet wasn’t comfortable going through the surgery. I had responded with the same concerns saying how I didn’t think she would be capable having these kittens, she then responded rather condescendingly asking why I thought that way which personally I think is non of her business, I however did explain again that she is too small and I’m worried that something would go wrong plus she is not a very caring cat by nature. The woman responded by saying our vet recon’s she’ll be okay to have these kittens and by nature cats tend to become more caring from giving birth and due to her size would be small too but our vet isn’t comfortable with going through with the surgery (she had said this multiple times However they did advise I think it over and make a decision if I was to go against the vets advice and alow her to have the surgery or alow her to have the kittens. looking back i feel as though I was guilt tripped due to the fact that this was repeated and realistically who would make someone do something they aren’t comfortable with) after this I had said I would call them back as i needed to consider the risks. On calling them back I had reluctantly said okay to them not doing the surgery as I believed the vet knew best on the matter asking is the vet sure she would be okay I was told that the vet had said she would be okay. Come Sunday the 4th of may biscuit had broken her waters at 6 am come 1pm she had no sign of giving birth so I called the out of hours emergency line to see if this was normal as my gut was saying something wasn’t right. Come 3.09pm she had her first kitten however she struggled to push it out taking 20 minutes and it getting stuck and even popping from the pressure, I waited an hour to see if she could give birth to the second but with contractions she couldn’t give birth making me call the emergency line at 4.20 again where they said to bring her in. We got to the emergency vets at 5pm where they took her to do health checks and a vet came to talk to us at around 7pm saying how she couldn’t give birth and our three options were: Giving her oxytocin at £26 each time up to 3 times A c section at £3,000-£4,000 (which I could not afford) Or putting my beloved pet down I chose to go with the injections while breaking my heart at the fact I was wright the entire time when I told your vets that she was unable to have these kittens bare in mind I was said to see if she grew any bigger before getting her nurtured as i was concerned then too. My cat survived luckily and had her kittens I’ve made a formal complaint but had no answer from it this vets clearly don’t care about the care of these pets and even when calling to get my money back from the nurturing was beyond the joke I will never take any of my pets back there and I’m absolutely disgusted by the vets.
