We are always made to feel welcome at Camlas in Welshpool. We have two dogs and enjoy the continuity of care from a regular vet , unless it’s been for an emergency. All the vets work as a team here . They have always displayed knowledge and kindness . The reception staff are so friendly & helpful . They genuinely seem to love my dogs & all the staff there have been excellent caring for us all for the last three and a half years

Had problem with small dog. Rang and was given an immediate appointment that morning. The receptionists were very caring and most helpful. Saw lovely lady vet - Caroline who was also very caring. After physical exam she offered choice of an echo scan to check for problems in bladder and told me the cost. I agreed and it was done immediately with good results back within minutes. Advice and some treatment given. I felt this practice cared for its patients. I told receptionist I had insurance and she immediately said she would complete the claims from for me with my policy details. Wish they were my regular home vets. Would recommend anyone looking for a vet within the welshpool area to use these people.

Today we had Kerry the vet and she was marvellous. She listened carefully to everything I said and we had a real discussion about my dogs eyes. She was so calm and caring with him too so he was less scared. I'll be asking for her again. Thank you so much. The lovely ladies at the desk and mopping were also lovely and so helpful.
