We moved here two years ago and within 8 days had a medical emergency on a Sunday with our beloved little Busta … Sue picked up our distraught call and she and the team here are the most caring helpful people I have ever come across in a vets practice … Sue has cared for our two elderly furbabies and a peacock with such kindness, Busta actually loved going to the vets after years of having to be muzzled … we have had to say goodbye to them Both recently … the kindness and compassion shown by Sue and the team made an heartbreaking time so much more bearable… and for that we will be eternally grateful. I can’t speak highly enough of them .

Avoid this vets at all costs if you have an insurance policy inaccurate poor recording and not listening to the owners nearly cost us our pets life and didn’t get a single penny back of £7k back from the insurance either..

After a nasty incident with our little Cavalier King Charles taking On a husky severe damaged caused to left eye, even though closed they said they would see him straight away. Within minutes of arriving he was seen by a vet and 2nd opinions gained advised if any chanc3 of saving eye to visit Eye Veterinary Clinic in Leominster pain killer administered and they managed to get our dog referred All the team were amazing and so caring for our dog they even gave us address and contact number as they knew we would struggle with Wi-Fi Outstanding service and bill could be sorted tomorrow once we had our dog sorted Thank you all for looking after our dog Dexter and myself and my wife

Sue has done an incredible job on my elderly cat (15 years old), this surgery was particularly delicate because my cat has an handicap but I can say , sue knows her job ! she explained the risks, we were prepared, we had all the informations we needed, very professional. Souka is living her retirement life better now ! Thank-you Geoff as well for all your work and help !

Can’t thank the Montgomery practice enough, after our dog was taken ill over the bank holiday weekend. Having had an horrendous night with our vomiting and diarrhoea dog Phoebe, the practice managed to fit us in to their already full schedule. Phoebe was given a very thorough examination and prescribed medication for gastroenteritis. She picked up the following day, and I’m delighted to report that she appears to have now made a full recovery. Thank you so much - Jean & Dave

Fabulous vet practice. Both my dogs have received excellent care at Trefaldwyn vet but Barney has been especially well looked after. Last year, Sarah quickly researched and found somewhere to refer him to for emergency spinal surgery. She took care to find an animal hospital with a good reputation and reasonable price. Earlier this year Sue and most of the staff looked after him so well as he recovered from bladder stone surgery, a nasty infection and testing for an especially concerning disease while I was away for three weeks. Sue kept me well informed of how he was doing during that time. The staff celebrated with me and Barney when the test came back negative. I feel as if they truly care for my pets (and me) - Barney gets a very warm greeting when he goes into the clinic! Thank you to all the staff at Trefaldwyn vets
