Excellent care for all my dogs, and for me as well! Always take the time to explain problems & discuss treatment options. At end of life time for the dogs I have lost the staff couldn't have been more kind & understanding, genuinely caring for both the dog & for me. Thank you all, a wonderful team.

My wife and I would like to thank Gudrun and the whole team for caring for Jack, our Cocker Spaniel who was put to sleep today. I don't think Gudrun could have been more caring; it is really appreciated. Both of our dogs, Kelly (black lab) and Jack have been cared for to the highest of standards over the years. Such caring and dedicated people who always go the extra mile for our furballs. Recently had an issue with my English Springer Spaniel and itchy, sore ears which Tabea Quentin diagnosed and cured with amazing effectiveness and a loving, caring manner.
