Lovely caring people just what you need when you have a poorly pet. First class 😍

From what was one of the worst days of my life loosing my fur baby I will always beable to take comfort in the fact it was done with dignity,compassion and such a caring team. I would like to make a special mention to Lauren who was just absolutely outstanding and her caring nature towards lottie,myself and daughter was just unique. We were given as much time as we wanted with lottie before and after and at no point did I feel we were being rushed. We were given keyrings with lotties fur in (free of charge) and also had paw prints done in a beautiful presentation box (£28.00). Also the aftercare I have recieved has been amazing, we recieved a beautiful card and some forget me not seeds to plant in memory and upon receiving a call for billing, again the care that was shown was just brilliant. Thank you Lauren and all at Caters Vets Llandudno.

Very clean, friendly practice I changed my vets from my last one. He is very informative, considerate and discusses any queries you may have My dog needed a blood test. She is 13 Checking her liver, kidneys, diabetic and urinary tract. He suggested I pay for a geriatric deal. One off payment - instead of coming to surgery for many tests separately Which will save my pocket a lot more in the long run This practice shows genuine concern and not just thinking of their bank balance.

Absolutely wonderful vets ,caring informative i would never change this practice. Have looked after my little girl for years now . Looking good at age 11 and 1/2. All vets well trained, gentle and so caring.as with all reception staff wonderful. Update once again a wonderful visit to the vets and a great welcome to us both . Brilliant friendly practice, really helpful and reassuring. Just what you need when you are visiting on holiday and your dog suddenly needs a doc. They even contacted the home vet (with permissions etc) to access the notes, very thorough and proffessional. I'd be signing up here if I lived local.
