Absolutely fantastic and friendly service. Not registered with them, had a potentially major issue with our dog, called out of hours and called back within minutes. Courteous, professional, sorted details on the 'phone, agreed a prescription, went and collected next day. There is nothing negative to say, and platitudes just don't cut it. Great vet. A+ recurring.

I took my cat to be sterilised and to have a problem tooth taken out. When I picked him up later, he had blood all over his white fur (their excuse was his mouth had bled when takibg his tooth out). They didn't clean any of it up. When i had taken him home Spirit (my cat) was offish with me so it wasn't till the next day that i realised that they had taken the wrong tooth out!!! Before his operation, I had been to the Vets twice to discuss this issue with his tooth so why did they take the wrong tooth out?! I contacted the vets 3, 4 times and requested a conversation with the vet. They never called back. Even though i contacted them and was assured by the receptionist that the vet would call ne. I was fobbed off for 4 days and i never received any courtesy call. Disgusting.

I can’t thank all the vets here enough for the amazing job done on all my dog’s surgeries, and with the help throughout my dogs pregnancy and delivery. I travel 25 miles to come here and wouldn’t go anywhere else. If your dog deserves the best, this is the place to go.

Brought 3 poodle puppies for first injection and chip. The new vet was lovely!

Fantastic service and kind staff. Had to sadly put our dog to sleep quite quickly. Everyone was amazing and even had a lovely call from Sarah after. Thank you for you kindness, expertise and empathy during our very sad experience
