Although we were not regular users of Celyn Vets the service we received was throughout very considerate. The receptionist who was our first point of contact was clearly devoted to animals and made every effort to give us an earlier appointment to the one we had arranged online. Sadly we had to put our cat Hobbit to sleep and the vet (sorry didn't get names on the day) dealt with us in just the right manner under the circumstances, professional but with just the right amount of sympathy to help us through the decision.

It's always lovely for both myself and Lexi to visit Celyn vets. We both recieve a warm welcome and any concerns are dealt with professionally. Thank you for your kindness

Extremely friendly staff from the welcome at reception to the vet during the consultation, both to humans and animals. So good with my dog who is a little anxious when at the vets. They were extremely helpful when I first transferred to them, liaising with my old vets and obtaining all the paperwork and even changed my dog's microchip to my new address for me. I would highly recommend Celyn Vets, Abergele for anyone moving to the area with pets.

Just how a Vets should be with a warm greeting and a quality consultation. Each time I’ve been in I’ve felt listened to and valued & I feel I’m giving my pets the best.

Havent been a client very long as just moved to area but since joining this practice couldnt be happier. From being registered to present day they have been brilliant. Cant recommend them enough.
