honestly can’t praise this vets enough. My 1-year-old cockapoo had an accident and needed a tooth removed, which meant he had to be put under anaesthetic. As a first-time dog owner, I was so distressed, but Emily was incredibly kind—she explained everything clearly, gave me all the facts, and was so reassuring throughout. The team even called me the moment he woke up to let me know he was okay, which meant the world. Truly the best team and the best vets—thank you so much for looking after my furbaby, Emily!

Old collie started falling over in the middle of the night. Rang practice first thing saw Frances this morning and she was just brilliant with me and the dog! Completely restored my faith in the profession. Couldn't recommend this team highly enough.

Aeron vets most unhelpful and most unprofessional. Spoke with a woman on the phone before Xmas to see how much to castrate a foal I was told to leave my information and they would get back to me with a price. 2 months on still haven't heard anything. I rang Monday to see if they had drugs for joint ill on lambs to be told by a chap on the phone they didn't have any stock and for me to go in the following morning yesterday as delivery would have been. I just called in on my way past as they had delivery yesterday. As soon as i saw carys the receptionist and said I rang up and spoke with someone on the phone she then said no we don't have stock so I said the chap did say delivery was coming 8.00am yesterday. She went to the back then came back and said no we dont have stock and that we couldn't sell it to you anyway as they haven't been out to our farm since 2002. How the vets have any customers left from that particular receptionist carys I do not know. I won't be going back there again. DO NOT USE THESE AS THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DISGRACE.

This surgery was so helpful when my dog became I’ll on holiday . Seen the same day. Reception staff very helpful and welcoming. The vet we saw was very kind and gentle with my old dog. I can’t recommend enough. Steph from Leicester.
