Always polite and friendly staff who take time to explain and advise you and really care for your pet with skill and patience.

1 star doesn’t even justify how this vets treated me and my rabbit, my rabbit went in for having problems with his teeth where they were continuously going to grow back, they specifically told us that he wouldn’t need a consultation as it is a reacurring problem. When I went there they were trying to charge us consultation fees which he didn’t have and also try to put him under anaesthesia which he also didn’t need. I had a vet call me one day telling me I should put my rabbit under anaesthesia because he was stressed the last time, I told them no because no vet had told me previously when he went there that he was stressed and told me he was calm, to which she replied with “well if your happy to put your rabbit under stress we won’t put him under then” my mother then took my rabbit after that for his teeth and they tried to push her into having him be put under anaesthesia and also try to get her to pay for it. My mother was there for 2 hours and they took him in the room for over an hour where they came back out his teeth weren’t done and they said that the Machine was apparently broken and they couldn’t do his teeth. I have now joined a different vets which have no problem with him, and in fact have told me he is one of the calmest rabbits that they have ever seen and they don’t charge consultation fees or for ridiculous fees which he didn’t even have.

My dog is worse off now, spent 230pounds in 7days, 2 visits, no proper diagnosis. So I had a second opinion with a vet online and they said I need to go back straight away, and have bloods etc. I don't trust them, I'll have to go to a pdsa now as my funds are bare. 230 for nothing. The staff there are rude and look down on you. Never the same vet. Even when my dog got spayed they forgot to cut her toe nails when under. I've never really had a good outcome with Haven, I've spent thousands there and never a good experience. Don't bother wasting your money. They do not care, money is all they care about. Not your animals. I'm absolutely disgusted with them. I'll be putting in a complaint.

Very poor . Was charged £56 for a heath check and was only in the room for 2 minutes . The rest of the time was spent talking about the dog being spaided when I could have been handed a leaflet. Couldn't understand the nurse . Also there was no water in the surgery for the animals. Also the outside the building needed to be seen to there was dog mess and black dog bags on the floor out side the entrance of the building everywhere

The vet is professional whilst also being warm and approachable. She takes my concerns about my dogs seriously. I always feel listened to when I take them there. The other staff are also always welcoming and remember my dogs and make a fuss of them. Great service.
