Our foster dog recently had a big surgery (spaying and mammary masses removed) and we were over the moon with how our girl was treated! So much care and attention! Thanks to the job they did she has recovered beautifully! A special thank you especially to the lovely lady vet who performed the surgery! Not only did you give us great advice, you made our little moo feel better! Especially sharing your lunch break to give her cuddles! Now that we have adopted her we will be seeing you again for her annual check up!

Very rude phone call from two female receptionists. Saying I'm out of their catch range when I'm aware of people in the same area who use them. Their attitude was absolutely unnecessary! Seen several reviews saying the same. Asked for 1st vaccine only, would have thought I was asking them to do it for free!

3 visits, apparently, and not able to detect a heart murmur for their regular customer who is a dog breeder! However after we purchased the puppy an independent vet in Swansea found a heart murmur just 7 days ago.

Out of hours Teilo refer you to carmarthen vets, partly owned money orientated American company, thought I was doing the right thing as my poodle was really ill took one hr to drive there, 5.30am vet checked my poodle, with a stethoscope for lung and heart, I asked her what was wrong, vets answer I don't know! At £150 booking fee and £50 assessment charge I was told the poodles got a high temp and dehydrated, steoscoped lungs and heart, so i asked what is wrong with her, vet replied, i dont know! One hrs drive to get there £200 and i dont know! Then came the sales pitch! well we can runs bloods scans etc to find out, nice little list of to do cost £850 paid at 5.30 am by 8.30am they had the results, rang me, with the results multi modal heart problems, and then wanted another £1,200 for the remaining 21 hrs, then I was told the poodle probably needed further 2 days to stabilise her at a cost of 2k, when I said I can't do bill of thousands of pounds, blantenly told its your decision, you can fetch your dog and basically take it else where! by then i was to worried to pull the poodle off the drip, how could I take her home, and go the weekend till the vets opened up on Monday morning, so resorted to tell them to euthanized her, im absolutely gutted.
