Recent reviews repeatedly describe being seen quickly for urgent problems—examples include a dog with an ear infection and “short notice” appointments—along with clear explanations of aftercare. One recent review raises a payment-policy concern, alleging treatment (including an x‑ray) was not provided without full payment upfront.

Amazing service from start to finish. Unbelievably caring and kind not just with pets but us humans. I had a heartfelt sympathy card delivered from the team at Aran after I had to bring my cockerel Bjorn in to be put to sleep. They didn’t treat me like I was wasting their time because it’s “just a chicken” like some people would. I would recommend to anyone, a friendly personal staff who make you feel so welcome. Thank you all

Been with Aran for many years and have always been very happy with their service. Highly recommend them. Nothing has been too much trouble for them with any query I've had.

I have three cats and have used aran vets for a nunber of years but on my most recent visit I was refused a credit plan, they do not do them. But my cat was in a lot of pain. They refused to carry out the treatment my cat needed unless I could pay the £600 for treatment there and then. I offered half now and and the rest at £100 per month and that offer was refused. Now my cat is on the pain killers and antibiotics but still needs her treatment and an xray. I have no way of getting £600 All in one go. Not happy with this vet at all, after all the years i have been with them. Its seems they do not care how much pain you pet is in. They just want the cash.

Absolutely wonderful clinic. Whilst on holiday our dog had an ear infection and they were so attentive and explained how to care for her this week and beyond. Highly recommend.

Really professional vet. Although we were on holiday when our dog became ill, the vet saw her promptly, gave her a thorough examination and treated her. All the nurses were kind and helpful. Would recommend.

This veterinary practice is OUTSTANDING. We have moved away from the area and six years later I still miss the care we had from this excellent vets. If our cats needed attention a quick phone call and we’d always be seen the same day sometimes in the same hour! The staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable. They put the pets first. They are brilliant. 🐈🐈⬛xx
